How it works
Three stages, one point of contact
Brief and shortlist
We start with a conversation about area, budget, property type and timing. You receive a shortlist with notes on each property and a view on price.
Viewings and offer
We arrange remote or accompanied viewings, report back the same day, and negotiate the offer once you have chosen.
Legal to completion
We coordinate your solicitor and lender, track the chain, and stay with you through exchange, completion and the move itself.
